Your advertising dollars support local arts and culture and in return, arts and culture support the local economy. A study by Americans for the Arts in collaboration with Arts and Business Alliance of Eugene found that arts and culture generated nearly $124 million in economic activity as well as more than $30 million in local, state, and federal tax revenue. Audience spending alone injected $33.6 million into the community.
We believe advertising with us is a win-win relationship. You gain exposure to our thousands of patrons and show your support for a local arts organization while your advertising dollars help us cover the cost of producing high-quality professional opera in our small city.
This year we have reduced our rates and would like to offer two tickets to any business that purchases a $400 advertisement space or above. Opera is the olympics of the performing arts, and just like each individual athlete, team, and country, Eugene Opera relies on sponsorships to bring the magnificent art of Opera to Oregon. Sponsors support marketing efforts, venue and production expenses, and special guest appearances.
Becoming a Eugene Opera Sponsor is to become a culture leader in our community. Our participation in Opera America opens our programming to opera audiences across the US, making your sponsorship impactful to over 4,500 residents in the Eugene-Springfield area and over 1/25 million opera goers in the United States.
All sponsorships include recognition on Eugene Opera’s website, programs, e-newsletters, and marketing collateral. Additionally, sponsors are recognized from the stage at special events and performances. Sponsorship benefits include access to talkbacks, sing-throughs, dress rehearsals, and complimentary tickets to performances of each production.
