Andrew Pham

Accompanist

Mr. Pham is a versatile collaborative pianist who has been employed as a staff accompanist for several national opera companies including Nashville Opera, Pensacola Opera, Opera Tampa, Opera Orlando, Sacramento Philharmonic and Opera, Opera Modesto, Indianapolis Opera, Eugene Opera, and Cascadia Chamber Opera. Internationally, he has served as a vocal staff accompanist in Lucca, Italy for Accademia Vocale Lorenzo Malfatti. 

This past summer, he served as a faculty opera coach and pianist for the Varna International Music Academy in South Carolina just before joining the faculty for Opera Modesto's 2023 Summer Opera Institute. Andrew received master's degrees in Collaborative Piano at the University of Oregon and Piano Performance at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music. He obtained a bachelor's degree in Piano Performance and Music Composition at James Madison University in Virginia. Andrew lives in Eugene, Oregon where he also teaches piano.
