Eugene Opera Covid-19 Vaccination Policy

The safety of our patrons is of upmost importance to all of us at Eugene Opera. Following the recent lead of the Hult Center, as well as other opera companies including Portland Opera, Eugene Opera will now require proof of Covid-19 vaccines or a negative PCR test taken within 48 hours of performance for entry into the theater for performances. This includes Lucy at the Wildish Theater in September and, as per the Hult’s policy, The Magic Flute at the Hult Center in January.

Those unable to be fully vaccinated, including children under the age of 12, must have proof of a negative COVID test, taken with 48 hours of performance. All patrons will need to provide this information as a condition of entry. Mask wearing is required when inside the venue.

This requirement extends until further notice and is subject to review and change according to federal, state and city recommendations and guidelines.
